We were greeted promptly and allowed entrants very quickly. The hospital was very clean and very welcoming. I was in for my 11-month-old son. He was very unwell with a chest infection. We were seen by a very professional doctor who was very kind and caring and he was giving very clear instructions and was very very patient. Really appreciate everything that the department has done for my son. Thank you so much for everything that you have done for us

[name removed] listens, has empathy and totally understands the Long Covid condition. His experience of working with Long Covid patients plus his own insight is invaluable and I totally respect his advice. He always give me new ideas and tools to try, and he does that with a clear view & focus on where I am at & what I need at the time. I cannot praise him highly enough. I have and am still struggled with the stressful/anxiety part of LC but [name removed] is giving me tools to help and I am using them & building them into my routine. I believe its ongoing and I have a long way to go but [name removed]s advice has made the journey a lot easier. Thankyou.

I am very happy with the LC unit and [name removed] talking groups and [name removed] one-on-ones. Maybe integrate more of the good learnings from the Royal Berks LC team into the 'living with' app. I believe that content is from King's College. Try to bring the 'living with' app up-to-date with learnings from [name removed] [name removed] e.g supplements and from other new ideas from the RBS LC groups learnings then you share your great work with more people.
